TAN is a C-Corp founded by three equal partners—John, Vinay, and Kush—who make all major decisions unanimously.
Alignment-Driven
We believe that when we're aligned, we'll be in agreement. If not, we work it out or bring in a TAN member to help resolve the issue.

As CEO of CAARMO, a performance intelligence firm, Vinay helps organizations build alignment and insight through data and systems. He invented the CORE Diagnostic and UVR—powerful tools exclusive to TAN members that drive our diagnostic-first matching system.
Vinay's expertise in empathetic, data-driven alignment makes our matching process uniquely effective, creating better outcomes through better integration for both fractional leaders and the organizations they serve.
Vinay's primary responsibility in TAN is developing business diagnostic tools to help Member's clients better understand how to improve their business.
Kushal Shah
Co-Founder & Financial Strategist
As CEO of RISKEN, Kushal brings deep fractional executive, private equity, and consulting expertise to TAN. He architected our financial and go-to-market strategies, ensuring the network remains sustainable while delivering exceptional value.
Kushal's years of strategic advisory and financial leadership across high-growth and PE environments inform TAN's approach to creating viable economic opportunities for fractional leaders.
John Lane
Co-Founder & Leadership Consultant
As the founder of DBAJTL Leadership Consulting, John brings extensive expertise in alignment, communication, and trait-based leadership development. He designs customized programs using tools like OAD assessment to help organizations and leaders reach new levels of performance and impact.
Within TAN, John's primary role is to ensure that the Member experience always delivers - and exceeds - expectations.
John's active involvement in The Connective and local leadership ecosystems adds valuable connections and insights to the TAN community.
